  • Products which you received in "Damaged/Defective/Broken" condition

All products must be returned in their original condition along with the bills and labels. Please follow the below-given steps to register your dispute within 7 days of receipt of the product. Disputes registered after 7 days of delivery may not be entertained by the outside. Note: Items falling under following categories CANNOT be return

What is the process for Return Product?

Sign in to your SareeMode account if you are a registered customer. 

  1. If you have received a damaged product or the wrong item, please mail us at sareemode.com@gmail.com with your order number and a couple of pictures of the material within 3 Days of delivery.
  2. We will try and replace the product as soon as possible or issue a full refund if you wish to.
  3. At SareeMode each product is quality checked, verified and then shipped to the customer but we understand that manual errors can happen and hence we refund the cash amount.
  4. Sale items as defined are final and will not be exchanged.


Bank Refund Not Applicable:

  • Bank Refund is not available in any condition. We transfer product value in wallet. which is use future purchase. No question ask regarding Bank Refund.



Please go through the below points to find out whether your shipment is eligible for return or note: -

  • For a return, customer needs to raise query through RMA by login user account within 3 working days of the received product, 

  • If a customer wants to return the product, in any case, they need to send the product by their own courier service to our warehouse  SareeMode will not bear the courier charges.

  • As soon as we receive the product in our warehouse. Customers also get notification by SMS in register mobile number after we will transfer amount to wallet (Amount will be refunded in the wallet of the customer by means of reward.) which can be used to purchase anything else from the website.

  • Wallet Amount is valid for lifetime. There is no expiry. 

  • We do add almost 100+ designs daily so we are sure that you will be able to find a suitable item from our ever-increasing collection.

  • Returns are accepted only if there is a manufacturing defect in the delivered product.

  • Amount can be Replace/wallet only when we receive the product back at our ware house.

  • We shall not refund the shipping charges paid by you while purchasing the item

  • We shall not refund the customs duties or taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.

  • For alterations, you can send the product back to us for which the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

  • We will not process a refund in case you do not like the product due to any reason. A Wallet amount will be authorized in this case. Our customers are hereby notified that we do not accept any cancellations

  • No returns shall be accepted for the items sold in clearance sale or during any promotional offers.

  • Returns are accepted only when the products returned are intact with original brand tags, packaging & are unused without any damage.

  • A person who ordered from our website www.SareeMode.com is agreed to all the terms & conditions mentioned as above. One who does not agree with them, should not proceed to order anything from our website www.SareeMode.com

  • All the legal cases will be treated in only SURAT jurisdiction court.
